Plan ahead and set some goals!right target

It can be difficult to be focused and think about the future but being positive and thinking ahead could help.

Think about something you want to do, no matter how small it may be and how you can achieve this.

Why not…

  • make yourself a promise and stick to it i.e. ‘tomorrow I’m going to go out with friends’.
  • write a plan of the steps you need to take to achieve your goal.
  • put a picture on your phone or on your wall of your goal to remind you.
