Often the first step is the most difficult, admitting to yourself that you might need help!
Asking for help doesn’t mean that you are weak or have failed. Everyone needs help at some point in their lives.
Think about what type of help you might need…
- Do you need someone to talk to who will listen without judging or giving advice?
- Do you need someone who can offer support and advice?
- Do you need practical support, i.e. someone who can provide a place of safety when you are feeling scared or worried?
