Anger

angry faceAnger is a basic but difficult emotion and we will all experience feeling mad or angry at some point in our lives.

Often feeling angry is not in itself a problem, it is how we deal with our anger that can cause problems for us and those around us.

Some people get mad or feel angry about the way someone else’s drinking is affecting their life.

All too often anger causes people to react without thinking about the consequences.  They may be hostile, shout or become threatening or violent and more often than not regret their actions when everything has calmed down.

So find out more about how to recognise and cope with feelings of anger so that you’re not bottling up those feelings but learning to deal with them.
